Managing Director, Andrea Horner, knows the business like the back of her hand: she spent more than ten years working for one of the largest electrical engineering groups in Switzerland, most recently as project manager for the electrical installation of cement factories in Egypt and South Africa. She thus has first-hand experience of foreign-language technical documentation and is familiar with the problems that this can involve.
She is supported by Joachim Horner, an editor with relevant experience in everything from organisational development and the quality management of activity-based costing to the BSC, the EFQM Excellence Award, key-account management, Six Sigma and zero defects.
